Bogdan is an inspired leader, very passionate about what he was able to build in the last 5 years in Romania. He believes that every year is different – this whets his appetite for continuous development. He was the first broker on the Romanian domestic market – he helped educate the market to take advantage of brokers and their expertise. The thrill of negotiation and the sense of accomplishment he can give his partners is what always makes him go for more.
With extensive experience in the trade of grains and oilseeds, he knows in depth the trends of the Romanian market and can easily navigate through all kinds of situations.

Simona is an enthusiastic broker with a proactive approach to her work. She loves this dynamic industry because no day is the same as the last. This unpredictability is what keeps her ever-present and engaged 24/7 with her partners and contracts. Simona has 5 years of experience in multinational agricultural companies. She has a keen eye for all types of commercial and execution details based on the distinct roles she has played previously (contracts officer, execution officer) and that gives her deep knowledge of execution processes and documentary liabilities and great advantage in the role she now holds as a broker.
Simona envisions a future where sustainable practices intersect with profitable trading. Her passion for the agriculture sector drives her to explore innovative solutions that benefit both clients and the environment.
